The product promised to be a great solution to our issue. Took product out of the box, plugged it into the Monitor, plugged in the CAT6 from the transmitter unit, plugged in power, then POP. "Humm, that wasn't good..." Dead. Grabbed another one, did the same thing.... POP! OK, one more time. POP! I fear there is a sequence of powering up the unit that is not at all clea...
