Perfect for our full rack server peripherals!
Our unit provides backup for a remote data storage server rack and gives ample time for the included software to safely shut down the server in the case of an extended power outage. Even better it conditions power coming in from our service provider. Win-win for us.

Solid, basic backup unit.
This backs up one of our two server racks and does a great job coupled with 2 additipbal batteries. Batteries are long lasting and reliable.

It works
There's nothing spectacular about this unit that would make up for it's irritating faults. First, the battery removal is awkward and the control panel can be easily damaged if extreme care isn't taken. Secondly, the awful control software cannot be run as a service and (Java, of course) it memory leaks until it crashes, which makes running it in an always-open session p...

Stood the test
We tested our servers on UPS once a month for the last 2 years and it always passes. Love this unit. We lose power for just minutes 20 times a year and we need a good smart ups that works. This one works.
