Quick and easy battery replacement! 10/10
The battery replacement was super fast and easy to do. Having a replaceable battery makes it so you don't have to replace the whole UPS. Highly recommend.

Batteries plug and play
I use tripp lite for my home backup for my computer and equipment until I get my diesel generator started. Batteries work plug and play.

I wouldn't trust another brand with my music equipment
I had stored my Tripp Lite SU1000RTXL2UA (2-slot rack-mount) Smart Online UPS unit for about a year while I was selling my house. Finally when I got it back out and set up my music studio (ithe Tripp Lite is my baby, all my important equipment are powered through it), I just heard a clicking.
