I expected more
This product is plainly three batteries connected in series and barely taped together. I was not impressed.

Best Deal and Solid Product
Way cheaper to replace the battery than to replace the UPS unit. It surprised me that replacing the TrippLite UPS batteries with more TrippLite batteries was actually the cheapest option. I had no issues swapping out the old batteries while keeping the UPS plugged in an running my network.
I will definitely buy again in 3 years.

Tripp Lite is top of the line.
Batteries are good for a long time. I need these in a business and the hold up.

Great replacement battery
This battery was a great replacement to our Tripp lite UPS. It was fairly easy to install and works great. I would recommend this product again.

This battery brought back my UPS from the grave!
I bought this to see if a couple of UPS rackmount devices were actually worth saving. To my surprise they are working. It is currently in my rack and I plan to purchase a second battery cartridge for my other UPS.

We would by this product again.
We back up switches. It's been very reliable. it was simple to replace the hot swappable batteries.

New, Replacement UPS Battery - Easy install, Worked!
We had a storm come through a month ago that overloaded our UPS and blew the battery. I ordered the direct replacement model and, with basic instructions, removed the old battery and attached the new battery. I plugged it in, charged it to full, and has worked like a charge ever since. I have not had any problems with the Tripp Lite SmartPro UPS.
