Good product, questionable documentation
The unit seems to work well. Just installed in a new data center space. Network interface has some challenges. Main one was the document saying the access credentials to get started are "admin" and "admin".
A web search uncovered the "root" and "TrippLite" credentials that should have been listed, with which I got into the RS-232 interface and set up some other account...

Good product
I've been using these devices for a number of years and they've always provided good reliable service. Easy to install and configure, easy to use web GUI. And since every device in my data center runs through one, the SNMP capabilities allow me to see track my entire power utilization in one centralized place.

I was surprised to learn a couple important details after receiving this item that would have made a significant impact on my purchase.
