Good idea but bad execution.

I bought it to use Capture One shortcuts but the keys never work. For example, rating with stars or adding color tags just to begin with. I keep waiting and waiting for a software update but still no solution and the device is basically useless on Capture One.

I like but Sometimes But

I love the concept but having issues. Sometimes the button gets stuck and you have to reset the device. Also, sometime in photoshop if you load an Action script it will only perform some of the action. It would be helpful if they would have a trouble shooting support page that was more detailed. Overhyped marketing, fooled me

I bought it because the marketing convinced me. I liked the ability to display what I want on the keys. Software doesn't work very well and the keys have a strange soft double click when depressed. Incredible and Versatile Tool

Dial is frequently offline, rarely works

I really like the keypad. It works well, always on, and saves time hunting for actions that are otherwise hard to find. The dialpad on the other hand is terrible. It never works right away. Good 9/10

The product works as described! I did have a little trouble setting it up at first, i had to re-download and install the photoshop option withen the logi Option app. After that it worked great.

Adobe game changer

Unfinished Product with Potential

The MX Creative Console is multiple products in one. It has a Streamdeck style button controller as well as a separate dial pad. The button pad is wired and the dial is wireless.

Excellent hardware, strange finishing choices

I love the customization and easy programmability of the button array, and the dial console feels superb and solidly made. Everything responds very well, with great finishing and presentation.

Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and OBS

I moved from a Lopedeck to the MX Creative Console when I use Adobe software and OBS. After the initial exponential learning curve, it's a huge time saver for doing repetitive tasks and for adding macros to streamline my workflow. Good. Could be great. But not there yet with the software.

The Console is designed well and is pretty. Good size, too.
But, compared to TourBox Console, the software is lacking very much.
Programming keys isn’t as intuitive or flexible. Simply assigning the big dial to control resizing of any/all brush/tool in Photoshop isn’t obvious.
Programming across is too basic for professional use.
Also hate that the Dial Pad needs a few ...

A Good Start

It's getting there... and hopefully it gets to a point where it's better than Elgato's Stream Deck. Right now, the whole plugin situation isn't great, tons of bugs including tons of icon issues such as not fitting the controller, letterboxing, or having text run off the button's screen.

Switching between systems too hard

This works great but the button to switch between systems should be on top so not having to pick up unit, flip it over just to change devices, or at least make it a top button option, or make it switch systems with flow.
