Like the product and will buy more of them.
This is being used to backup power in case of outage at a public safety radio communications site. I have had issues with other UPS's where the batteries go bad and when power is lost the UPS will latch off until you reset it and or replace the batteries thus those types of UPS's cause more problems than they solve. Quick and easy to install
We use this as a backup for a control. Simple instructions and install. Everything needed to install into the rack system was included.

I would most definitely buy again
this is great..... it kept all my equipment up and running with a power upgrade they were doing in my restaurant a few weeks ago...

I would buy this product again
We installed this product in our production environment, inside a rack above the production floor. The product will protect a production network switch.

Solid Product
Very easy install which included the Ethernet expansion card. Set the IP reservation and obtained the address assigned. Helps with management of this device.

Great UPS for my network racks!
I rely on this product to keep our crucial devices online 24/7. With the addition of the SNMP Web Card, I get a great amount of detail as to the health of the UPS and with that can rest a bit easier at night knowing our crucial services are supported the way they should be.

Great Product
The UPS unit works well. The only issue was with the USB connection to the server fighting for port rights with the current KVM switch. This was resolved after calling tech support. The usb devices had to be unhooked from the server and after a reboot of the server, plug in the UPS to the USB, then after a few minutes plug in the KVM

The product has a very nice functionality
The product works very well, I gave 4 star because the ups apparently is not too heavy, but I wasn´t able to place it by my self! Because it was too heavy.

Tripp-Lite Products very reliable
We use for all IT hardware and this product has already been through the paces. Works great and saves staff a great deal of valuable when we have power surges, which we have had many in 2015. The system we replaced was causing down time and not enabling staff to perform at a normal level.

So Far so Good!
This product was a breeze to set up and we were able to get rid of three old UPS battery backups for this one. Fit Nicely in our server rack. Always recommend tripp lite products, they have been super! Plus the the customer service has been great!

I like this unit and it was on of four models types I purchased for computer, entertainment and security devices.
The thing I really like about this one is that it lets me know usage immediately and daily.
The only thing I do not like is that sometimes the fan gets sort of loud, almost like a buzzing.

Reliable, Dependable - gets the job done!
Although we use an emergency medical-grade generator for back-up power on our network, generators can cause unwanted power lags during switchover, inconsistent power, and unstable line noise that effects sensitive equipment. Good for non-critical areas
The unit itself was good, the management interface could have been better. We received a couple of bad units so it started us on the wrong foot. This was stifled our confident and used them in non-critical areas on the network.

Easy to Use - Good Features
This is my second Tripplite product and I'm very happy with the ease in which it works. Software can be a little tricky for first-time users; but telephone support is very good. Once you install one; the others are easy. I'm running a Tripplite UPS on my server and one workstation - I will be purchasing more in the near future.

High end Line Interactive and On-Line UPS offers good value for the money
This product runs as advertised and offers either double conversion for applications requiring no transfer time and tight output regulation or in economy mode for optimum efficiency when short delay transfer is acceptable.
