We will purchase this product again!
We have 10 Tripp Lite Battery Backup Units in two locations.
Greenville and Simpsonville. We rely on these units to allow us to properly shut down equipment when the power abruptly goes out. These units keep us from losing vital studies on our ultrasound equipment. We also use Tripp Lite for our switches and servers. We thank you for this product. I would recommend this...

Great UPS
We have ordered these UPS for all of our network closets and we have not had any issues. We are pleased with this new version of the product and we will definitely be using them in the future .

Recommend Tripplite SmartPro to protect network switches.
We purchased SmartPro to replace aging competitor UPS. Tripplite protects the network switches in IDF cabinets above production floor. The web card is a must to access Tripplite remotely, because IDF cabinet is only accessible via lift. We have had the Tripplites in our environment for the past 3 years without incident. I would buy this again
I used these products for years. Never had issues with tripp lite. Highly recommend this for protection of your infrastructure.

I would buy this product again, but nds new central software
Setup is super easy. The Tripplite PowerAlert centralized console needs to be updated with a new interface to be more in line with other current monitoring applications. Currently, the interface and lack of options seem like it is out of the middle of the 1990's. Works
Server rack. The NIC has dropped for no reason I could find. Restarting or re-seating the NiC seems to bring it back up. The software is pretty rough, as most UPS softwares are. It works, though, and has been everything I could expect, really.

Worth it
This product is used to support our servers. I love the idea of it being networked so I can get updates when there are any fluctuations in power. Very helpful

Very full featured
This is the second of two units I purchased. The unit runs as advertised. There are several advantages to this unit versus the competitor (cough-APC-cough) whihc bought out by a French company that only maintains the existing product lines of everything they grab (Don't EVEN get me started on Pelco).
