Fans are far too loud. Only use in a server room.

Would purchase again.
Use as a battery backup for a high end automated quilting machine. Delivered on time. The warranty is decent. Downside is digital display is not intuitive without manual. However manual seemed thorough and answered my questions being a novice with regard to setting up.

Excellent for Laboratory Electronic Standards

Holds up to a harsh environment running on generator power
Bought in 2021. Using to power a work station and several other components that are powered by a generator. The double-conversion UPS is great. Awesome support too!

Very capable and reliable. Excellent for PCs and Monitors.
This UPS backs up my computer and two monitors. I particularly like the double conversion feature so that if the house power does fail, there is a zero conversion time to UPS power. If the power does house power does fail, I typically shut my computer down but the 1.35kW capability does give me some time in case I am in the middle of something. I would highly recommend ...

Solid backup for critical equipment.
We use 2 of these to give us buffer time and protection for our Epson wide format printer. One each for the printer and one for the heating element. So far this unit has performed as needed and made it through a brief weather induced hiccup.

It is easy to operate and is relatively quiet

Great Product, Highly Recommended.
I have had my SU1500XLCD for much longer than it was registered (Don't ask me how I forgot to register THIS of all products)...I would say approx 4 years give or take and it still functions well.
Maybe a 6 months back I had to replace the battery(s) finally which is expensive, and the replacement seems cheap, it may be going back to Tripp-Lite since it came with a crac...

Great UPS for the office or studio
All of my computer equipment is connected to this UPS. It easily handles the 400 watts of power draw and will provide quite a bit of time to continue working and then shut down should a outage occur.

Great customer service
Had an issue with my ups, got though on the phone quickly, friendly support staff walked me through some trouble shooting and had a replacement to me in a couple of days
