Horrible experience
I ordered my tv on 5/21, received it 5/24 and opened it til install it 5/31 due to busy work schedule during the week. When I connected the tv it looked damaged on the inside. Samsung transferred me to 5 different people who basically told me there’s nothing we can do for you because it’s been 5 days. I will never purchase anything from Samsung again. They do not care a...

Frame 50 inch
While the tv is nice it is not much different from any other TV with the same specs so a little over priced just so you can have a frame. I have this tv for 2 weeks now and the art software package still does not work after resetting everything. A little disappointed in Samsung support who has not been able to fix this

Beautiful Tv
I'm so happy with my new tv, it has so many cool features, my favorites being the one connect box to reduce cables going to and from the Tv, and the smart things hub built into the tv so I can manage all of my lights and routines all from the tv!

The best TV!

Much improved over my 2021 Frame
Looks amazing on my art wall, disappearing into my other static art. The contrast and colors are VASTLY improved over my 2021 Frame. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the backlight tech is lacking compared to Samsungs top end TVs. I wish they'd trickle down the better backlighting to provide better low intensity contrast.

Most expensive and worst TV
Very disappointed from the very first day. To be specific:
-interface slow to react to remote commands
-sound doesn’t sync with Samsung bar
-in app purchases don’t work or freed the app making it unusable. Required to buy on a different TV before trying to open the pop on my Samsung

Makes life easier
Absolutely love my new 65" Samsung The Frame (2025)! The picture quality is stunning, and Art Mode makes it look like a real painting on the wall. It blends perfectly with my space—beautiful and smart.

Great Picture, Difficult and Confusing Interface
We purchased the Frame to mount over our fireplace. It replaced our 13 year old Samsung LED tv. The picture quality is bright and clear. We especially like the Art Mode feature of the Frame tv. Major Buyers Remorse
The color is just so-so. I upgraded from a 20yo TV that was way more vibrant. Also, 4 days after mounting the TV, a white light appeared in the bottom left corner. I had to have it serviced/ most of the TV replaced within weeks of getting it. All in all, I'm underwhelmed.

Great addition
My wife wanted a TV that did not look like a TV and would blend into the other art work on the wall. The frame was the perfect item and has looked so amazing so far.

Great product
The new frame has great features. Picture is bright and in art mode pictures look like the real thing. Feature that it awakens when someone comes in the room is nice. The magnetic bezels are super easy to install. Installation of the tv was no problem. Looks great on the wall

Improve the user upload process
The frame works great but in order for your own photos to look good they have to be in a perfect dimension before they are uploaded. Would be nice if the TV was smart enough to have some resize options after upload.

Take the leap and buy!
We LOVE ❤️ this TV. It was worth every penny to have art that we can change daily. The quality of the tv and the art is superb. Super easy to use and maneuver through. We get compliments on the tv all the time. If you prioritize aesthetics, what are you waiting for. Buy it! You won’t regret it.

This tv really looks like a painting
Love this tv . Really cool that its like a painting when its off . The quality is great and design is very nice with the bezels . I thought the sounds will be compromised but its not . An excellent purchase .
