55” Frame
Very happy with Frame. Not using the art as we purchased to watch tv in a room with many large windows. No more annoying reflection. Matte screen works as advertised. The control box is convenient-doesn’t bother me at all. Would purchase again.

Disappointing TV viewing guaranteed
Loses connection to TV provider frequently, owners now expected to pay for pictures for the Frame while TV is off, so-called Smart Things app is a waste of time as it doesn’t operate as advertised. Wish I had stuck with the previous Frame model that gave years of enjoyable TV viewing

Not perfect but pretty darn good.
Love the TV, it's my third frame. As with all TVs that aren't backlit or OLED, performance could be better but between the fast UI and pretty aesthetics, it's a win. Good job Samsung

Love the durability
The setting menu was easy to navigate and the channels it comes with are great. I love the dog whisperer channel!! Lol

Very average and slow
It’s pretty but below average picture/performance for a high end TV. Picture quality is fine but the performance in terms of speed is awful. Constant latency.

Default sports/children home page, yuck!
Generally happy with TV with the exception of the sports and children programming splashed all over the home page. I try to avoid both of these and now it is blasted out at us everytime we go to the home page. It feels infintile. Can I get rid of this?

Volume issues
The volume on the TV will randomly go up and down. It’s not enjoyable. The TV is sleek.

A MUST FEATURE FOR MY EYES
I bought this product a month ago and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The picture quality is superb and the non-glare non-reflective matte screen is excellent and the best of what is competively out there. A must feature for my eyes.

Love it!
So far so good. Had this tv for over 6 months and it’s great. I did not want a tv in my living room because it takes up so much space but with the frame, you get beautiful pictures and can change whenever you like. The quality of the tv is also great, good resolution, Colors and soudn. I recommend even though the price is a little higher.

EXCELLENT TV
Like ALL the Samsung products I've purchased throughout the years, this TV is the best of the best. Excellent picture, beautiful aethetics, sharp image, vibrant colors, fantastic sound, and I highly recommend it!!

Great every day TV.
This has been a great TV. We have not mounted this on a wall and it sits on our TV console instead on a stand that it comes with. I love the picture and in particular the anti glare feature. The TV is in a room with quite a few windows and lamps as well and the picture on the screen is not affected at all. This set up was easy and simple right out of the box. Very happy...

First frame I have purchased. Sits flush against the wall. Love the sutp brightness. The integration of AI in the interface is great and easy to use. Texture and vibrancy adjust automatically along with the brightness.

Awesome look
One of the better looking tvs out on the market. Installation is fairly simple and it definitely becomes the center of any media room. I love how elegant it looks when mounted in the living room.
