Great 230 volt UPS

I think I would buy this again
I would definitely consider other Tripp-lite products.
One of the only UPS's that are 230volt which is what I needed for this purpose and to replace another brand unit no longer available in the United States.
This Tripp-lite seems to be much better built than others

I have purchased several and will again in the future.
I have several of these protecting my PC, TV and sound equipment. I have no complaints. The internal batteries last about 3 years before replacement is needed. Replacement batteries are readily available and simple to install.

Amazing Product
Using this tower line to protect the computer and national instruments boards for being affected by surge.
We had an application of a surge test of electrical motors that were affecting the data reading from the motors being tested.
Problem solved!

I would buy this product again.
Used to power desktop computer and peripherals. I like that it doesn't make any noise after it turns on unless you have an alarm go off. I like the east to replace batteries. A smaller more compact design would be better. I am always kicking it under my desk.

I trust this product.
This replaced another brand that no longer worker. It is silent and much better looking than the old one. My computer is very safe now.

So far do good!
For the longest I have been struggling with UPSs, this product has proven to be stable. I have not witnessed any erratic behaviour with this product so far.

Excellent product!
We have 2 desktop computers, 2 laptops and 4 LED monitors connected by using power strips off the battery backup outlets. A week after installation we had a power failure. We closed all our programs, saved all our work and shut everything down, all of which took maybe 2 minutes, and we still had almost a full charge on the battery. Bought 2 of these for home lab
Great product for home lab environments :) My only complaint is the management software has a pretty dated appearance. Since the protection is more important than the management UI, I'm happy providing 5* rating here.

Just in time
Used on a server/gaming/home office rig. Received just in time for consecutive power outages. Fast response time. Just seem to find in the software where it shows past events.

will buy another one of these for my sons computer
Got this backup unit and a few days later my power went out at the house gave me plenty of time to finish save and shut down. My cyber power backup of the same rating wouldn't give me enough time. I use that one for my alarm clock now.

Works but was poorly put to
The UPS worked as advertised when it arrived. The casing was poorly put together however. I had to completely reopen the case to ensure all the closely fitting parts were in their proper slots and tabs before I reckoned everything. I expected better than I got.

Representative quick to give alternative suggestion(s)
After purchasing incorrectly an emergency power backup (my fault, not Tripp Lite's), a representative was immediately available to explain my problem and possible replacement(s). The new power supply sits under the desk and monitors quietly electrical input / output for various CPU, monitor, router and printer electronics. Thank you.

Easy setup
Basically, ~ plug, attach and use. Ample power to hold computers with large power supplies seamlessly functioning for extended times in case of power loss. Be aware that this is a rather hefty UPS unit compared what is usually found in offices, educational sites and home situations.

So Far So Good
Have only had couple of months and so far so good. Bought to back up Navien Tankless Water Heater/Radiant Heat boiler system in vacation home to cover short term power outages. Was easy to set up and worked on battery power when tested. Easy set up and easy read dials. Will update as time progresses.
