Well worth the investment
After downloading the software this devise work exactly as promised. Able to stream any content from your laptop or desktop via HDMI cable to any TV with HDMI inputs. Good picture quality. I would recommend this product.

Star Tech Adapter
I work from a laptop whose operating systems is WIndows 8 -- we use two monitors besides the laptop screen -- the HDMI monitor would not go full screed when plugged into the laptop through the HDMI connection.
