Loose power cord to transormer.
I purposly bought directly from Lenovo for my spare charger, and the charge has a loose connection at the power cord to the transformer.

Lenovo Charger cord
It does what it should and charges well. My no only wish is that the block part of the charger was a little bit smaller.

ThinkPad 135W AC Adapter Slim Tip
I got a second adapter to have one at work and one at home so I don't have to carry it every day. The adapter that came with my laptop has a grounded wall plug with 3 pins while this adapter has 2 pins and is not grounded or polarized. Otherwise, it has the same rating as the original and works ok.

Good, but...
Works great, but I wish Lenovo would have stuck with USB-C connectors rather than going back to their old plugs. I had to buy all new ones.

Good charger
Standard charger for thinkpad extreme gen 4. So far seems the cord is more resilient than the one that came with my thinkpad.

Works well
Works well, lightweight enough to carry with me but somewhat bulky, I am used to more compact less voltage adapters. Maybe there are ways to improve the design to make it more compact

smaller dimensions than what ships w the laptop
takes up less space than the one that comes with the laptop but weights more. not sure which is preferable
