Bought this to plug in transformer-type power supplies and the strip is plugged into my HiFi stereo power center, so that these smaller devices can be protected (Firestick, Bluetooth receiver, etc.). The construction of this power strip is top notch.

Very High Quality Non-Surge-Protected Power Strip
Firstly, this is from a trusted brand. Tripp Lite makes high quality products. This power strip is made of metal. It's truly an industrial quality power strip. It also doens't have a power switch nor a surge protector, meaning that it's OK to plug this into a UPS or another surge protector. I would love more of these for my household.
Currently using this product to protect a WiFi extender and window air conditioner. Works great as of the past few months and would recommend to my friends and family!

Best power strip on the market!
Love this power strip. Use it out in the garage and it held up even during the polar vortex! During the summer it's great for the different projects I have going on and I don't have to worry about plugging and unplugging constantly. Loved it so much, I bought two more for gifts for the brother in laws.

Great Build Quality; No Frills Does It's Job
Bought this because I needed a rugged small power strip to mount on my workbench. Can't complain, it does it's job well. Plugs feel solid and metal case will take a beating.
