Perfect Tenant File Folders!
We have been purchasing the Smead® Legal 2 Divider Pressboard Classification Folder With 2" Expansion Red 10/Box by Smead for 10 years plus. I highly recommend it as they are built tough and last for ever!

Tough Stuff
These are tough stuff. They can take a lot of abuse and not fall apart. And can even be reused a 2nd and 3rd time. We've been using them for almost 30 years.
