Durable
These folders are thicker and better quality than other brands I've tried and returned and I like the colors. The hangers are durable and slide easily. The tabs are also sturdy plastic and are easy to put on.

Smead TUFF are tough
Glad to find tougher hanging folders. Metal hangers are definitely stronger.

Wish I had ordered a larger quantity box
Durable does not say enough about these folders. The paper weight is heavier higher grade than green hanging folders. Tthe hooks are also higher quality not likely to bend or slide from side to side. As other reviewers have said the seam where the rods are set is firmly sealed so not likely to open and again the higher quality paper means the rods wont rip through ...

These seem like they are very sturdy and definitely better looking than the normal ones. Price was right also.

Stand up to daily use!
I use the heavy duty folders for my daily files so that means they are constantly being handled and moved and stuffed. They have held up well and the markings/gold hangers help set them apart in the cabinet.
