I wouldn't buy or recommend this product
I do a lot of purchasing through Staples but this is one product that I wouldn't take if they were giving it away. I have never given a review but I felt it necessary to do a report on this. I purchased the twisstop to keep my phone cord from knotting up and it winded up ruining my phone which was new and I had not had any problems out of my phone prior to the twissto...

Noisy and connection breaks up
The volumes fluctuate if the telephone handset cord is stretched. The connection is weak and I can barely hear the other party speaking. Also when the plastic plug to the handset is rotating to keep the kinks out I can hear the plastic scraping as I am conversing.
