NOT GOOD AT ALL
I purchased 4 for the institution I work for and all 4 within 2 months staples get stuck. I will Not recommend it at all.

Better than All the Rest
I've been in an office setting for a lot of years and have purchased my share of electric staplers. Many of which have stopped working after only a short period of time. This stapler is by far the one that I have had the best luck with! I have to believe that a big part of it is the Swingline name and the fact that they make a good product. Thumbs up from me!

Really LOUD
This stapler is really loud when you use it (gives you a real scare when you hear the click!)... but it works great!

Lightweight stapler
This stapler is pretty lightweight in it's construction and delicate in it's stapling (I expected a bold "KERPLUNK" sound and not a buzzy little "whirrrrrr" sound"). I am concerned it may not hold up to our department faculty... but it probably as good as it gets at this price point. I don't know that I'd recommend it to larger offices where staplers get a lot of use.

I found this item inconsistent in operation. Sometimes it stapled; sometimes it did not. I do not recommend this product.

Jams and guide continuously slides back
I have purchased two of these. The guide is continually sliding back making the staple further onto the paper. anything more than 3 pages get jammed and a pain to unjam the stapler and then get it to work again. Like the portable battery option. Have changed staples several times but still jams. Looking for a good portable stapler than will staple 2-20 pages without jam...

Not so great.
They work ok until the guts burn up! This has happened to 3 different staplers. Spent hours in the office trying to find the source of the horrible plastic burning smell! Then saw the wisps of smoke curling up from the stapler! Yikes!

Nothing fancy but they tend to work well
We will be going on our 3rd one of these soon. We had bought more expensive staplers they did not last as long as these have. So next time we order an electric stapler we are going back to this model.

Not worth the money
It worked good for a couple months now when it staples it gets stuck and you can't get the papers out without ripping them.

Better than most for the price
Doesn't jam holds a full strip of staples batteries have lasted longer than I expected. The only complaint is that the red slider/adjuster moves out of place easily.

Good Durable Electric Stapler
I've had one for at least 10 years so when it finally died I ordered another one for myself and 2 other co-workers. Works great and I am hoping that this new one also lasts at least another 10 years.
