Works wells! The 2 volume choices are a good option. I work in the back of the office and I can hear it clearly when someone or something triggers it. It's so sensitive that a shadow will set it off. Our lights are motion sensor so when the lights go off or on the bell chimes. If a leaf blows by the front door which is glass it chimes as well. Works great if you need...

The absolute worst!
This door chime rings for no reason and it doesn't ring when clients actually enter. This item is a waste of money!

I'm on my second one in 3 months. The first one quit working for no reason and the second one wint stop ringing. It rings at shadows caused by tress blowing in the breeze outside. It is not helpful at all.

Very Bad
Had to return both because they didn't work. The manager on duty said there was nothing he could do. I left feeling disappointed. I should mention that he exchanged them twice. Finally he also gave up. âËšï¸ÂâËšï¸ÂâËšï¸ÂâËšï¸ÂâËšï¸Â

It gives false alarms!
The product does the job, but goes off when people aren't even around! It senses shadows. It gives us a good laugh every day, we always say the angel came in to visit our store! It's a little difficult to get the correct angle so it goes off at the correct times.

Not what I expected...
Didn't think it had to be mounted to the wall, but where we have it, we've received questions about where we got it because it looks like a camera and alarm all in one. It's very sensitive to lighting. Around 4pm (almost always) it will go off and that's when I have to turn it off. For now it's needed and we are keeping it.

The volume adjustment might as well as not been there as there wasn't enough difference between high and low, therefore it was too loud for our needs.

This needed to be screwed into the wall which we didn't want to do. The description does not say how it should be installed.

Works but doesn't work well
We purchased this item to alert the office when someone walks in the door. First issue was it picked up every motion of someone already inside the office. Second issue after adjusting the chime so that it only went off when the front office door opened the chime constantly goes off due to light fluctuations. Works, but not super heavy duty.
I use this alarm to tell me when my dog is entering the "no dogs allowed" zone in my house. Sometimes shadows of branches moving outside trip the alarm, which is pretty funny and a titch annoying.

Works just fine
The alarm goes off as expected if a customers walks past the entry door. There is a high/low/off switch. Low is loud enough and the chime is not annoying.
