Tearable. Perferations are poor quality
Decent paper just not made well can't ever pull a page off without the whole thing tearing apart and looking I've taken a box cutter across the perforations and it still won't tear properly. I've bought several of these hoping it was just mis-made but no they just aren't made to tear which.. what's the point? Might as well just buy a notebook that isn't 11$ O.O

Yellow canary legal pads.
This is the one we like because it's thicker with more sheets of paper.

Works for what I need. Also I can pull out each sheet when I am done and put it in a binder. That's a excellent option.
