Very disappointed
My pen wrote fantastically, and I expected the same quality from the refill as if received in the factory cartridge. Sadly that wasn't the case. Within a few minutes of use the cartridge began skipping when writing. A quick google search found this was apparently a common complaint.

Fits perfectly
I bought the refill for a 1992 version of the Retro 1951 pen. It's perfect. I was able to give this pen as a special graduation gift.

Needed for Fine Writing Instrument!
Writes very smoothly w/ Waterman Pen. Fairly expensive and you MUST take care - put the cap on your pen while not in use, and NEVER write over liquid whiteout/whiteout tape, or this ink will quickly die, it is not forgiving. Quality product, but it's not cheap. But, it's what you can expect - to go hand in hand with pens that cost a lot $.

Great Pen (refill)
Love this pen! The refill is wonderful because it has a fine point, which is what I like-especially for writing in small spaces. The glides along the paper easily.
