Dear Customers and Friends of Staples:
We are proud of our involvement in the community and our support of education and youth charities. Staples Foundation for LearningTM launched in August of 2002, builds on this tradition.
The goal of the foundation is to help local groups, many of which include our customers and associates, with programs and services that will positively impact their community every day.
Staples is partnering with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to help promote the importance of providing children with a safe and supervised place to go during non–school hours and weekends. With Clubs throughout the US, including many communities where Staples has stores, the Boys & Girls Clubs has been providing a safe haven, caring adults, character–building programs, hope and opportunity for millions of children, ages 6–18 for more than a century. Staples is pleased to have the opportunity to help provide children with the chance to achieve their highest potential.
With Staples Foundation for Learning and our partnerships with charitable organizations nationwide, the Staples family is more committed than ever to teaching, training, and inspiring young people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. We believe this program will truly make a difference in people's lives.
