The items that you have selected originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. A loading dock is needed for these items. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
Staples has partnered with certain companies to make the delivery of these products easy. We have listed the special delivery options and instructions below that correspond to the product you are purchasing. For some items, inside delivery can be provided for an additional charge. On limited occasions, Staples may need to provide an alternate method for delivering your order. A customer service representative will contact you in this case.
For items shipped directly from the manufacturer within 7–14 business days, price includes truck to ground with inside placement. Delivery service will consist of the carrier unloading the product from trailer to ground, and bringing the safe to an inside location just over the threshold. The carrier will not deliver to a room of choice, go upstairs, unpack, or remove the pallet and packing materials.
Premier Delivery Service is available on all items listed for an additional $125. With this service the carrier will deliver and unload the product, move the safe to a designated room (includes up to two flights of stairs), and unpack it. The service does not include removing doors, railings or furniture, or any movements that could damage the product or property.

Installer will call within 48 hours of delivery to customer to schedule the installation date and time (please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out). GROUND FLOOR delivery only, stairs may involve additional expenses. Delivered and installed with 2 bolts into concrete or wood floor, other floor surfaces may involve additional expenses. Installation provided by 3rd party local locksmith. Additional installation expenses to be assessed and paid directly to 3rd party installer. Includes pallet removal and haul away. Safe cannot be delivered or installed without a signature. 48 contiguous states only. Special order items requiring installation may not be returned after installation unless the item has a manufacturer defect.
