Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes you can. From the product page, click on the "Pick Up Today" button. (Note: Not every item sold in Staples stores and on staples.com is available for Pick Up In Store.)

If you are not already logged in to staples.com, enter your zip code to find the nearest store where the item is available for pickup. Using the drop-down menu, select the quantity you wish to pickup next to the store, then "Pick Up Today". (If an item is unavailable or stock is low, it will be marked as such and you will not be able to order. Stock levels vary by store.)

During the checkout process your order will be sent to the store you selected. After a store associate has picked your item(s), you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email letting you know when your item(s) is ready to be picked up. (Online items will be ready for pick up in 2 hours of the store receiving your request. If the order is submitted within two hours of the store’s closing time, your items will be available within two hours of the store’s opening time on the next day.) Store hours may vary. Check your store locator for your store hours of operation.

Please bring a copy of the "Ready for Pickup" email and a valid form of identification to the Easy Tech Counter/Customer Service Desk or just look for the Online Order Pick Up sign, or see an associate. Please be sure to have the following with you: Your printed "Ready for Pickup" email, which contains your order number and bar code, and a valid form of identification.

How do I check if an item is available in a Staples retail store?

If an item is available in store, we will let you know on that product's page. Click "Change" to check availability at another Staples retail store near you.

Some items will be available for in-store delivery. Click on "Learn More" next to "Free Shipping to Store" on the product page for details.

Please note: Prices in Staples stores and on staples.com® may vary. We will match any difference in price between our retail stores and online. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

I live right near a Staples Retail store. Can they just deliver my order?

While Staples does not deliver products directly from the store, we provide fast and free delivery when you place an order at the in-store kiosk, order on the phone or when you place an order of $19.99 or more on staples.com. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. You will be advised of the expected date of delivery at the time you place your order.

Can I place an order online and pick it up in a Staples retail store, rather than having it delivered to my home or office?

Yes. That is one of your delivery options. In-store pickup is available for no charge.
