Introduced after two years of field research and in-depth interviews with designers, architects, engineers, and plumbers, the BASYS faucet has the strength and versatility to meet the needs of any application or environment. Easy, above-deck access to key components is the standard for all BASYS models. The on-board electronics are completely sealed within the faucet's modular crown, which can be removed with a single Allen wrench.

- All wetted components are to be of stainless steel, engineered thermoplastic, EPDM, and copper or copper alloy
- Solenoid is housed in removable carrier that includes supply strainer
- Above-deck individual diagnostic indicators for battery life, solenoid condition, and power up mode
- Features flexible, high-pressure supply hoses, 0.38" compression connections
- Vandal-resistant spray insert, key housed inside faucet body
- Line purge mode eliminates stagnant water
- Four AA alkaline batteries and appropriate mounting hardware are included
- Battery life: three years, 8000 cycles/month; optional power harvesting significantly extends service life
- 3-year manufacturer limited warranty
