Accepting both polarized (2-prong) and grounded (3-prong) plugs, the multi outlet adapter requires use with an existing grounded duplex wall outlet. The wall tap converts the duplex outlet into six grounded outlets, making it perfect for home entertainment systems, home offices, and more! Installation is easy with the option to install the adapter temporarily or permanently (hardware included). Easy to follow instructions for both installation options are provided on the back of the packaging. The Staples 6-Outlet In-Wall Plug-In Power Adapter is not for use with ground-fault circuit-interrupters or receptacles with indicator lights or controls. This product is UL listed and intended for indoor use only.
