About this product
Every company has unique challenges when it comes to the responsible and secure disposition of IT and electronic assets. The Electronics Recycling Program is the only solution. Staples environmentally friendly recycle boxes are great for recycling your electronic products and secure data destruction. The boxes are shipped flat directly to you with an included return label. You can then assemble, fill, and return the boxes whenever is convenient for you. Certified by NAID, e-Stewards, and R2. This service can destroy data on virtually any data bearing device, including hard drives, media drives, SD cards, cell phones, and more. The recycling process can destroy solid state data devices into particles that are nominally two millimeters edge length in size.
Serialized or Standard certificates
We have two different types of kits available: Serialized or Standard.
A Serialized certificate will individually list the products by Type, Manufacturer, and Model Number allowing you to confirm line by line what has been received and processed.
A Standard certificate will generally list the products that have been submitted by quantity or weight.
No matter which kit you choose you can rest easy knowing that your products have been safely and securely recycled.
