The Taylor® 9847N instant read digital thermometer with 3" chemical resistant stainless-steel stem suitable for food industry and all other general applications. With 1 second temperature updates reads temperature ranging from -40 to 230 deg C. Pen style design easily fits in the palm of your hand for comfortable use. Large LCD display offers easy reading. On/Off switch and auto shut off preserves battery life for extended use. Hold feature for easy reading, which will store the measurement until the unit it's switched off or manually cleared. Waterproof construction for dependable use in kitchen or lab environments. Antimicrobial plastic storage case inhibits growth of pathogens, odor and mold on product. Powered by 1.5 V battery.
