The Tripp Lite T012-001-K multi-function cable tester in gray color, includes wire tracker and tone generator for tracking cable, locating a short or breakage in a non-powered wires and mapping RJ45 wire. It has LED flashlight on remote probe unit for poking around dark areas, headset for working in noisy area and volume control button for fine tune. It has 9V batteries and is suitable for cable installers working in telecom or LAN environments.
