I always think that plugs should last as long as the product. I purchased my IPad2 for my son last July and the plug frayed close to the connector to the device. The Ipad works great, but they need to improve on that plug. And the replacement is a whole 20 bucks. Since it doesnt last long it should be no more than 5 bucks.

I was very pleased when I saw that Staples was now offering Apple products as I had lost my USB cable and couldn't connect to my car audio system nor charge it while on the move. I ordered online and had my cable in two business days and once again was listening to my Ipod in the car and charging on the way to the airport. sweet!

  While both products sport a 30-pin connector, there is no guarantee that the Galaxy Tablet will recognize the Apple connector as a valid cord. You are better off getting a connector designed just for the Galaxy Tablet.
