I purchased the dividers to use as monthly dividers in a large notebook for bank and 401K statements. I used permanent markers to write the months of the year and I had to buy two packages. I would have liked a package of 12 preprinted with the months of the year. For people who don't want to keep the same headings, the write-on tabs are a great idea. I will use these for years as they are sturdy and won't tear.

These are nice dividers,but are too narrow to use with sheet protectors. The tabs are buried between the pages.

They might be durable, I have no idea. I just bought them and haven't used them yet because they are definitely NOT write-on! I have to buy labels before I can use these, which is what I was trying to avoid. Definitely NOT recommended!
