    On the first one the Ribbon came out in a small loop making it impossible to use. This happened in the first week of use. On the second one the ribbon just snapped in the second week of use. Bought the Liquid Correction and I am much happier now.

              The very first time I used this, I got one word covered then the tape slipped and got twisted, and it was impossible to fix. Ended up throwing it away. Tried the Bic website for any kind of assistance, it didn't have any.
