    I am a teacher, and our school has one of these in each class throughout the school. Not one of them works right. They sharpen unevenly, or just eat the pencil. Very, very cheaply made also. I can't believe that we got one for each classroom. Aren't these actually tested before being sold? and the fact that every single one does not work... That is horrible.

        I am a teacher, and our school has one of these in each class throughout the school. Not one of them works right. They sharpen unevenly, or just eat the pencil. Very, very cheaply made also. I can't believe that we got one for each classroom. Aren't these actually tested before being sold? and the fact that every single one does not work... That is horrible.

            This sharpener never worked properly, from the day I bought it. Unless you were extremely careful, it would sharpen the pencils off-center, which would leave you with a very uneven pencil lead. Then, after only two years of use, it broke. This is an extremely poor product.

              I am a custodian, and our school has one of these in each class throughout the school(total of 30 +). Not one of them works right. They sharpen unevenly, or just eat the pencil. In the last 3 months, I've had to replace at least a dozen of them for not sharpening correctly. Students start with a new pencil end up with a stub....

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                  I do maintenance for a high school. This product used to be a great sharpener until they changed the blades. Now it just eats pencils or sharpens unevenly. I'm looking for a different sharpener.
