The cartridge is easy to install and works well. Good solid black ink coverage throughout...type, solid areas and halftones (photos). The recycle program of returning it makes me feel as though I am helping our planet. I am glad the company is concerned about keeping our world clean. Imagine 50 years from now and how dirty earth will be if we as people do not recycle. So important. They say Mars used to be a planet like ours and so we need to do all that we can to protect it. It starts with one cartridge at a time. So thank you Brother for having a recycle program. Please continue to let people know about recycling and maybe redesign your packaging to look nicer.

        I am unable to find information on the Brother 7820CN. Typically the CN stands for Color/networking functionality, the 7820 series is a black and white all in one that does take this cartridge.
