I've used Command hooks for years, thinking it was a guilt-free way to put a hook on a wall. But when I went to remove them recently, I found they didn't always come off cleanly without damaging the paint. You have to pull the tab at exactly the right angle and speed (very slowly) to keep your plaster intact.

I love all of the command products, but I really like the plum ones cause they go with my decor and its really hard to find a product that will go well with decor in your home, also they hold up very well and never had any problems with the product, nor do they tear up any of my walks...love em
