Will definitely buy again

I utilize this item in conjunction with notorial acts I perform in various Senior Citizen Centers. I love the fact that I can keep accurate notary records which I can refer back to if and when needed. It's also the perfect size to put in my bag and carry with me whenever I'm out and about the various Centers.

Dome has always give it's customers a great product especially in the field of bookkeeping and accounting. I wish Dome would have payed a little more attention to giving fingerprinting it's own space instead of sharing with two other general information options.

  A simple yet complete form that complies with all state requirements. Pages are sewn and numbered for added security. Contains record of: date and type of document, name and signature, witness, address, fee charged and other pertinent information. Also included is a location for the thumb print for states that require one.
