I am a teacher and I use these markers in my classroom. I find that being able to write in the variety of colors keeps me from getting so bored with writing the same thing over and over, grabs the students' attention, and allows me to highlight certain points or help the lesson stay clear. When I allow the students to write on the bored for various activities, they enjoy choosing their favorite color to write in; it gets them excited to participate. The only problem I have with these markers is a problem I expect I would have with any dry erase marker; with the constant use (5 periods a day, every day, plus some student use) some of the colors dry out somewhat quickly. It is the colors that are most used that dry out first (obviously) but those are the favorites! However, I bought a package in September and did not buy another one until April, so in the grand scheme they still lasted more than 6 months with constant use! I would highly recommend these to anyone, teachers and business people alike; they will help spruce up whatever you are presenting and they grab the viewer's attention!

        As a teacher, I use Expo dry-erase markers every day. It is fantastic that my classroom doesn't smell like marker by the end of the day, especially when I have the students all using them at their desks. But, the low-odor type of Expo marker leaves a smear of color on the whiteboards so much so that I have to use the board-cleaner by 3rd period. Is this a plot by Expo to get us to use their other whiteboard products?
