This dispenser works well. It is kind of touchy, so you can get 2 or 3 times more paper that you need. It installs easy if you have a drill, screwdriver, tape measure and level. You also need your own screws and anchors. Not a problem for me, though. I have 2, but haven't had them long enough to comment on durability.

Piece of garbage....towels keep falling off the holders because the arms keep slipping and it does not dispense evenly. Even though you set a certain size towel it jams and dispenses extra extra long pieces. This was on the wall for 1 1/4 days and is off the wall and going back. No wonder they gave a 50% instant off coupon. They are a total waste of time and money.

    We bought 15 of these for our new building 7 months ago. So far all are working great. You HAVE to use the specific towels called out by the manufacturer. If you don't, the thing won't work. Additionally, sometimes the roll that it comes with wont dispense correctly. As if the rollers can't catch the paper. It has something to do with that specific roll. I take the roll out and switch it with another roll in the dispenser next to it, and it works. No idea why, but it happens. These used to be [$] a pop, so we grabbed a bunch. Again, very good design, 3 paper length settings, and its durable.Even with the dispensing short coming, you can't find a better dispenser if you have space limitations. Also other dispensers just look ugly.

              I got three of them 6 months ago, 5 cases of towel went through, changed 1 set of batteries for each one of them, still up and running @ 100%. Hopping there will be a softer towel made for this model.

                  To load the batteries, locate the battery compartment in the bottom of the dispenser. Remove the cover by sliding the cover in the direction of the arrows to unlock. Place the batteries inside the compartment according to the battery diagrams. Replace battery compartment cover and slide in the arrows to lock.
