I use my printer primary for teaching lessons at my church. I prepare lessonsfor Prime timers whose eye sight isn't the best and I'm pleased that the quality of print is very good. I find putting ink cartridges in is very easy. Forme being retired with income being cut when I retired the cost of [$] isquite steep. I noticed the email I just got from staples the price is less now but having just brought the toner I'm not in a position to purchase at this lower price. Overall I'm pleased with my new printer and I may add I'm pleased by my shopping experience at staples.

This is a very costly toner cartridge for a yield of 2100. I used this to replace several HP LaserJet 2100 printer that used the HP 96A that yields 5000, ([$] compared to [$]). It appears that it should be able to handle an exteneded. Also looking for Staples remanufactured.

      This is a nice, straight ahead cartridge replacement. It makes nice, quality documents with sharp details. I also use it for printing music charts. The results are excellent. The black does not smear when accidentally exposed to water/rain. I would definitely recommend this cartridge to a friend. I haven't had it long enough to see how long it lasts when used moderately every day. I'll have to wait and see and write another review. Also, it was very easy to install. It took seconds to line up the ends and guide it into the printer.

        What is iron oxide content of this product? I want to use the printer to print decals to ceramics. Ink must have a certain level of iron oxide for it to work for my application.

          To find the iron oxide content of tone you will have to contact HP customer service and request the MSDS (Material Safety Date Sheet) for the specific product.
