I have my computer on a table, and my wrists would get very sore after typing awhile. This pad helps immensely, and you can move it to where you need the most padding.

After years of typing for a living, I developed Carpal Tunnel syndrome and it is often times unbearable to type for an extended period of time. The wrist cushion makes it bearable! This is my favorite piece of office equipment!!
