    I've been using these in red & black since you sent us a sample in 2001 or 2002. I won't use any other pen. Now, since I've been requesting them, everyone in our department loves them. The refills used to be great, but during the past two years, we haven't found one that wrote the same as the new one. Keep that in mind.

                  Of all the red pens I have used, this is the easiest to read. I use this pen for working puzzles because I have a slight visual impairment which makes it next to impossible to read PENCIL.
                  This pen gives the most distinct writing because the red is so vivid. I must have these pens if I
                  plan to re-read what I have written. Please don't stop producing them!!
