I like the way that the lead stays usable longer than compared to the bulk cheaper mechanical pencils. It is still light weight so I can keep one on my name badge without feeling like it's weighed down. I like the fact that it is made from recycled materials and it is refillable which is better than the use and throw away cheaper bulk package mechanical pencils.

Only issue...not clear if the grip is latex free. While I, personally, do not have latex allergies I do prefer to avoid latex products.
