I've ordered and received the plantronics Binaural ultra headset model H101N. Didn't notice at the time that I would need an additional piece of equipment, the Plantronics M22 Headset amplifier, so I could connect to my phone. I just wanted to make sure that the headset and the amplifier are compatible.

  the amplifier will allow you to use the phone hands free. Depending on the phone if there are 2 headset jacks on the phone then yes you can have 2 amplifiers with headsets allowing 2 people to be on the same call.
