  • Q:

Can the badges be ruined if they get placed near a magnet? What else should the cards avoid?
Asked on 3/15/2010 by Payroll Clerk from Hardeeville, SC

    1 answer

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

The proximity badges would not be damaged if they come in contact with anything magnetized. The only thing to avoid would be letting the employees keeping the badges in a wallet or something like that. There is a real thin antenna that goes around the outside of the badge so you would not want to bend it.
