1st phone the volume would cut in and out, so figured ok exchange it and get another one...same thing happened, called RCA for assistance and they started mentioning line interference. I decided to go with another brand, best decision. RCA products cheap and unreliable; always has been my experience.

I work in a noisy enviroment and this phone is a lot easier to hear on than my previous one. The handset is a little small, which makes my fingers get in the way of the microphone. I wish it had more memory dial buttons. Overall, the phone is easy to use, and I would buy another.

i like the phone expcept for the mouthpiece speaker. it is to small and if you don't have your mouth right on top of it, people can't hear your voice.
