I make greeting cards using my own photos, so I can print the photos and then attach to front of card easily

What I expected

This product is great for taping pictures to reports, and being able to remove it without creasing or bending afterwards. I also use it to secure the plastic film over drafty windows in the winter. for th is application, it works OK - as long as the wood frame remains dry, it stays on. occassionally, the tape comes off, but there is enough stickiness to simply press it back down, and it stays. The regular two way tape (both scotch and the type used specifically for the plastic film) unsticks, and then won't stick/becomes completely oxidized, and requires yo uto remove the entire film and retape it...

I use the tape in art projects for myself and for students. I would prefer the product to be acid-free and archival as I believe it used to be.

As a picture framer I am used to using double sided, or ATG tape, which comes off a carrier. This tape looks the same on both sides, so it is difficult to tell which is permanent, which is removable once you've cut it off the dispenser and now have it on your finger, ready to put down.

It did not get the job done for me. Simply taping photos to a display board for a collage. Chose this tape in case I wanted to reposition and not damage the photos. Did not adhere well at all. I was constantly taping and re-taping. Not worth the money spent. For that brand I expected more.
