          I love the Viewables label systems. In our office we have lots of files that are in low to the floor cabinets and it can be a pain to bend over and read all of the tiny little flaps telling you what is in each file. These have made it so you can just look down and find what you want. And the color coding works great for us! The only draw back is that if you don't have a lot of clearance when you're using the big stand up tabs, you can easily rip your hanging folders, but this isn't a huge problem, you can just flip the folder around or use the next space over.

          I love this product, and use it at work, but unfortunately the tabs are too tall for my home office file drawers. I still use the system, but just can't use the "viewable from top" plastic tab.

                Yes, they are self-adhesive. You would used the Smead software on your computer to create and print.
