I am generally satisfied with these envelopes, but the ends of the envelopes aren't gummed and can catch and tear during mailing occasionally.

I got these envelopes to go with self-made cards (of folded 8.5" x 11" heavy paper stock). The envelopes are good quality and has an adhesive strip.

The size and paper stock were very nice but the construction was not inspected like it should have been. THe adhesive strips on many envelopes were not applied properly, causing the gum adhesive to come off in the printer, ruining a toner cartridge. This adhesive also caused paper jams, as the envelopes would stick together. We did not realize the problem until we were well into the project.
