I am a combination of quality and value oriented. This is why I shop at Staples. I am a teacher and purchase items to use in my classroom and in my home. I need high quality products that will stand up to the wear and tear of ten year olds, but I also depend on Staples great prices. I buy 25 to 50 items at a time, Staples gives me the items I need at prices I can afford. My classroom is organized and it looks great.

Less satisfied than usual

I don't think that "quality oriented" and "value oriented" are mutually exclusive--they are both equally important, specific to the application. I had considerable frustration putting the tabs in--some of the stamped out slots were not loose enough to make way for the tab--and then the part of the folder that folds over the metal bar came loose on several of them. I ended up purchasing a roll of packaging tape and taping every one of the folders to add a measure of strength. This is all BEFORE I put anything in them!

When I opened the box, many of the folders were not blue (the color I bought). Some were white, some were mottled. I was disappointed with the quality.
