I haven't used it much. I couldn't figure out how to get the tape on, but it is pulled by the side, instead of lifted out, which is good, because it fits tight and when tape is not on it, it won't get lost.

I needed a tape dispenser after years of using a useless plastic one. I decided to treat myself to a sturdy, real one and was completely and pleasantly surprised to find the perfect one at Staples. It's polished silver with black trim and it looks great on my desk. It actually matches all my desk accessories. But the best part was the cost. I couldn't believe that such a great lookinig tape dispenser, and Staples brand I mind you, was only five bucks! It doesn't get much better than that!

I was very pleased with this executive tape dispenser, that I purchased an additional dispenser for my husband. It has a very heavy base so it will not move around when using, and tape stays securely in place. Very affordable, built to last.
